Rivers of Life School of Ministry was founded in 2009 by Dr. Tracey L. Williams. The genesis of this school began with Dr. Williams teaching one class, "Dreams Course." In 2010 our founder emerged with a 9 month curricula on the multifaceted voice of God. Today, you’ll benefit from 25+ years of learning, growing, adapting, and innovating from our founder along with a team of anointed, and qualified instructors.
Our faculty consists of experienced educators and professionals who are passionate about their fields and committed to providing the best possible Christian education to our students. We carefully select our faculty members based on their expertise, teaching experience, and the leadership of the Holy Spirit. You will enjoy an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit of God flows to renew, revive and restore you.
Our goal is to establish partnerships with the leading Bible College and Seminary in Philadelphia, PA. These partnerships will allow us to offer our students unique opportunities such as internships, research collaborations and credit transfer. We‘re looking to hold articulation agreements to provide a pathway for students to complete a formal degree with and the possibility of transfer credit.
There is much confusion surrounding the differences between the Spirit of Prophecy, the Gift of Prophecy, and the Office of the Prophet, because many people believe that if someone gives an accurate Word that comes to past, then they’re a Prophet of God. However, that’s not true! As a matter of fact, being gifted doesn’t even validate someone’s spiritual maturity as a Christian. What validates someone’s spiritual maturity as a Chirstian is evidence of the Fruit of the Holy Spirit.
The Bible is the only book ever written that was inspired of God in the sense that God personally guided the writers. “Inspiration” of the Bible is defined as God so directed the human authors that, without destroying their own individuality, literary style, or personal interest, His complete and connected thought toward man was recorded. In forming the Scriptures, it is true that God employed human writers; but these men, although they may not have understood all that they were writing, nevertheless under the guiding hand of God produced 66 books that form the Bible in which there is amazing unity and constant evidence of the work of the Holy Spirit in directing what was written. Although written by human pen, the Bible is God’s message to man rather than a message of man to his fellow man.
Description: The content of this course will provide a basic understanding of symptoms of trauma, secondary stress, vicarious trauma, and how church leaders can effectively work with their stakeholders who may be experiencing physiological and psychological impairment which contribute to dysfunctional patterns across their operating systems. It will enable students to understand how unresolved mental health issues impede holistic wellness.
Expectations and goals
1. Define trauma and varying types of traumas.2. Understand how attachment in relationships coupled with unresolved trauma impacts the individual and their social systems across the trajectory of their lives. 3. Recognize how attachment to God can be fragmented due to unresolved trauma and rejection of emotional/psychological pain. a. Learn the detriments of mental health stigma4. Identify ways to help your ministry grow to be a mental wellness support.

GAP MENTORSHIP PROGRAM is a launching pad for next level prophetic ministry, team ministry and OJT in the power and authority of the Holy Spirit. GAP sons and daughters learn how to teach, train and equip the church and reach the world.
